At LY30 we don't just offer rental apartments, but a way of life. For a monthly service charge, you will have access to maintenance, security utilities and internet.
 

Service charge 

The service charge includes energy costs, water, high-speed Wifi, other service costs such as garbage disposal, street cleaning and public area cleaning. The billing according to actual consumption for water, heating and electricity takes place automatically in the following year.
